Description
Rehearsal November MMXXV
A rehearsal recording captured during late November MMXXV in Elten, Germany, using an eight track setup and finished through analog mastering.
This session features a rare and temporary constellation within the project, giving the material a distinct tone of displacement and presence fading into void.
Four compositions from The Great Anguish of Rapture are reinterpreted here in raw and immediate form, alongside a rendering of Stilte, a piece originally created by session drummer R.K. for his own work as Azanul.
The sound carries all the weight of the moment in which it was recorded. Rough edges are preserved, space shifts and contracts, and the performance moves with a quiet strain that reveals its own shape through imperfection.
A document of transition, absence and necessity, stripped to its core.
