(known for his work with many prominent projects under The Throat), Zenevinster brings forth a uniquely brutal and atmospheric offering in the form of their self-titled debut. Recorded between 2019 and 2020, this duo unleashes primitive, freezing Black Metal that’s both raw and thoughtfully constructed, capturing a chilling essence rarely matched in its genre.

Blistering with intensity, Zenevinster presents two lengthy tracks drenched in harsh, blizzard-like guitar tones, evoking an icy atmosphere of desolation. While influenced by some contemporaries, this project carves its own path, eschewing conventional approaches in favor of unrelenting, minimalist rawness. The first track culminates in a long electro/ambient outro, akin to the atmosphere found in Paysage d’Hiver‘s Die Festung, adding a unique touch to this frigid journey.
